1. Role Objective
To ensure accurate, complete, and validated mapping of school bus routes across designated
regions using the company’s mobile application. The resource will be responsible for collecting,
validating, and submitting all transport-related data efficiently and on time.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Route Mapping Map all school bus routes accurately using the mobile application.
• Ensure each route is named correctly as per the provided documentation and school
Nomenclature.
• Validate GPS tracking and ensure all route points are covered.
• Stop Details Record each stop with full, identifiable names (e.g., “HDFC Bank ATM near Radha Krishna Hall”, “Shanti Complex Co-op Housing Society”).
• Maintain sequence and correctness of stops along the route.
• Data Accuracy Ensure children count per stop is precise and verified.
• Cross-check details with the driver and attendant before the trip begins.
• Verify data after collection and ensure it is consistent with previous records, if applicable.
• Communication and Coordination Ask all necessary questions related to the route, timing, and
stops before starting the trip.
• Maintain professional communication with school authorities, drivers, and attendants.
• Travel & Field Work Travel across various locations in India as per project requirements.
• Ensure all safety and compliance measures are followed while on the field.
• Data Validation & Reporting Submit the collected data to the validation team for cross-
Verification.
• Ensure all route maps, stop lists, and other relevant files are organized in respective folders.
• Submit daily reports and upload validated data to the central database before the end of the day.
3. Additional Performance Considerations
• Punctuality: Reaching the assigned school on time for trips and mapping.
• App Usage Compliance: Proper use of the mobile application and reporting tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle travel schedules and regional assignments.
• Data Security: Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of route and student data.
• Issue Reporting: Immediate escalation of discrepancies, mapping errors, or route
challenges to the supervisor.
4. Review & Evaluation
• Performance will be reviewed monthly based on KPI data and field reports.
• Continuous underperformance in data accuracy or timeliness will lead to retraining or
Reassignment.
• High-performing individuals will be prioritized for additional mapping projects or supervisory roles.
