Role Overview

The Solution Specialist Expert will play a key role in supporting the enterprise sales team by

designing and presenting customized telematics solutions for large corporate, logistics, and

institutional clients. This role combines technical expertise and client-facing skills to ensure

faster deal closures, scalable solution design, and seamless handover to the implementation

team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Pre-Sales Consulting: Partner with Enterprise Sales Managers to

understand client requirements and present the right telematics solutions. Deliver

product demos, technical presentations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions for

prospective clients. Assist the sales team in closing high-value enterprise deals by

showcasing solution ROI and feasibility.

  • Solution Design & Customization: Design end-to-end telematics and IoT solutions,

including hardware, SaaS platforms, and integrations (APIs/ERP). Prepare solution

proposals, pricing, and technical documentation for enterprise customers. Customize

solutions for specific verticals such as corporate employee transport, school buses,

logistics, and government fleets.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the Product, Service, and Technical teams

to ensure timely and accurate delivery of committed solutions. Act as the solution

owner during the pre-sales and transition phases until handover to operations.

  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with emerging telematics trends, IoT

innovations, and competitor offerings. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-

selling additional solutions to enterprise customers.

  • Training & Enablement: Train sales teams on solution capabilities, technical features,

and use cases to enhance their closing ability. Develop case studies, sales aids, and

technical guides to support business growth.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in telematics, IoT solutions, enterprise SaaS, or technical pre-

sales roles.

  • Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems, fuel monitoring, video telematics,

hardware integrations, and SaaS platforms.

  • Proven track record in supporting enterprise sales and solution customization.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in logistics, corporate fleets, or

Government projects are preferred.
