We are looking for a Marketing Head who thinks sales-first — someone who can design and execute strategies that generate leads, fuel the pipeline, and directly contribute to revenue growth, while building a strong brand presence in the market.
Job Overview
This role is not about creating campaigns that look good on paper — it’s about building a marketing engine that drives sales conversions. The Marketing Head will be responsible for both demand generation and brand growth, working hand-in-hand with the Sales team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Sales-Driven Marketing
- Develop integrated sales & marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
- Ensure minimum qualified lead flow per quarter, with clear attribution to marketing campaigns.
- Own the lead funnel: awareness → MQL → SQL → opportunity → closed deal.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to track progress and fine-tune campaigns for better conversions.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Email, Paid Ads, Webinars).
- Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement processes.
- Drive ABM (Account Based Marketing) for high-value enterprise accounts.
Branding & Communication
- Build a credible, trusted brand identity in the telematics and SaaS space.
- Create sales enablement content, pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, client success stories.
- Strengthen thought leadership through blogs, PR, industry reports, and influencer partnerships.
Collaboration with Sales
- Sit in weekly pipeline review meetings with sales to track lead progress.
- Provide the sales team with battle cards, competitor analysis, and talking points.
- Co-own the revenue number alongside the Sales Head.
Market Insights & Growth Strategy
- Conduct deep market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify new customer segments, geographies, and verticals for expansion.
- Provide data-backed insights for product positioning and pricing.
Events & Networking
- Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances that expand reach and drive new leads.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in demand generation and sales-aligned marketing.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Marketing Automation, CRM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset — ability to connect marketing spend to revenue impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to sales-linked campaigns.
- Prior experience in SaaS / IT / Telematics / Automotive industries is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Performance Metrics (KRA/KPI)
- Lead volume & quality (MQLs, SQLs).
- Marketing contribution to sales pipeline & closed deals.
- Campaign ROI (cost per lead, cost per acquisition).
- Sales enablement effectiveness (content usage, deal support).
- Brand visibility & engagement metrics (reach, traffic, conversions).
