Job Description: HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: [Insert Location] Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, compliance, performance tracking, and general HR administration. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and supports the organization in building a strong, efficient workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on portals and social media.
  • Conduct first-round HR interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and follow up until the joining process is complete.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, NDA, and other joining documents.
  • Complete document verification and maintain employee files.
  • Conduct induction sessions and introduce new employees to the team.
  • Create employee IDs, mail IDs, biometric registration, and system allocation.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
  • Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
  • Organize welcome sessions, celebrations, and engagement activities when needed.

4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, late marks, and SWO entries.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, salary finalization, and appraisal documentation.
  • Verify and share monthly attendance reports.

5. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain the master employee record and update HR systems regularly.
  • Manage documentation related to PF, compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
  • Handle employee exit documentation, F&F support, and offboarding procedures.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with all departments for HR-related activities.
  • Arrange SIM cards, phones, laptops, and system requirements when needed.
  • Maintain data for internal audits and management review.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of HR tools, MS Office, and ATS platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a professional attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
  • Freshers with strong HR interest and communication skills may apply.

Working Conditions
