Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling joining formalities, induction, documentation, and exits.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintaining attendance records, leave management, and assisting in payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing events, celebrations, and activities to improve employee satisfaction.
- HR Compliance: Maintaining employee records, contracts, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Performance Management: Assisting in appraisals, feedback collection, and employee development initiatives.
- Grievance Handling: Addressing employee queries, conflicts, and ensuring timely resolution.
- HR Operations: ID cards, HR letters, maintaining HRMS/ERP data, and supporting day-to-day HR administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive/Generalist (Fresher with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
