Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and sales management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire inside sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will work closely with the Sales Director to support the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

·         Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

·         Lead Generation Oversight: Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

·         Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback, training, and support to maximize productivity and sales conversions.

·         Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients and high-potential prospects, driving new business opportunities and customer retention.

·         CRM Management: Ensure the accurate use of CRM tools to maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and objectives.

·         Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

·         Feedback and Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and interactions.

·         Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, presenting them to the senior management team.

·         Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.



Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·         Skills:

o    Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o    Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

o    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

o    Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance improvement.

o    Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

o    Strong organizational and time management skills.
