The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT assets, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Support: Monitor and maintain server hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime for users.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure hardware and software as needed, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Network Management: Assist in resolving network issues and maintaining a reliable network environment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain procedural documentation to support IT processes and user guidance.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Application Support: Provide support during the rollout of new applications, assisting users with training and troubleshooting.
- Safety Checks: Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Case Management: Manage multiple technical support cases, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
- Innovative Solutions: Identify and recommend innovative methods to enhance network reliability and reduce repair costs.
- Collaboration: Work with departmental managers to understand their IT needs and support growth initiatives.
