Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tender Manager to join our team. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to contract award. This includes preparing comprehensive tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements, liaising with relevant authorities, and contributing to the company's business development strategy. The role demands strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while working closely with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Tender Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the tender process, from identification of opportunities to contract signing.

·         Tender Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit high-quality tender documents, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.

·         Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all tenders meet legal, financial, and technical requirements and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

·         Authority Liaison: Work with government and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

·         Bid Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies that align with the company's objectives.

·         Risk Assessment: Identify and address risks related to tenders, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

·         Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on tender progress and outcomes.

·         Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new tender opportunities and trends, ensuring the company stays competitive.

·         Pricing and Financials: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies and financial models for tenders.

·         Process Improvement: Continuously improve tender processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and win rates.

Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the automobile industry or related sectors.

Skills:

o    Proven experience in managing tender submissions and handling government or authority interactions.

o    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o    Strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate business opportunities.

o    Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
