Job Title: Technical Customer Success Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Support Executive who will help our customers use GPS tracking devices and software solutions smoothly and effectively. The role involves onboarding clients, giving product demos, solving technical issues, and ensuring they get maximum value from our GPS & software services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product and software setup.

  • Provide product demos and training on GPS tracking systems and software.

  • Assist clients with GPS device installation, configuration, and software troubleshooting.

  • Provide technical and software support to customers via calls, emails, or remote sessions.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth usage.

  • Travel to client locations (if required) for demos, onboarding, or support.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions provided.

  • Work with internal teams (Support, Technical, Sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are happy with the service.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).

  • Technical background or experience in GPS/Telematics/Software Support is an advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of GPS tracking devices and software.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

  • Good coordination and client-handling skills.

  • Ability to travel when required for client support.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
