Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and managing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise segment.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large-scale enterprise clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise market, including industry trends, challenges, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at the executive level.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Corporate and Schools.
- Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale contracts.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position.
- Require extensive traveling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
