Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant who will act as the CEO’s right hand. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling confidential information, and supporting strategic and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and documents
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate with department heads for follow-ups and updates
  • Support the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, data analysis, and presentations
  • Manage reminders, deadlines, and priority tasks for the CEO
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office coordination

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PPT, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
  • Smart, presentable, and proactive approach

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin role
  • Prior experience working with senior leadership is preferred

 Working Relationship

  • Reports directly to the CEO
  • Works closely with Management, HR, Admin, Accounts, and other department heads.
