Job Title: Service Engineer, GPS Tracking Industry
Location: Goa
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain GPS tracking devices in vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware installations, wiring, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to GPS devices.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure device functionality.
- Train customers on using GPS tracking systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team to resolve the issue.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards during installations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in GPS device installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of vehicle wiring, sensors, and GPS technology.
- Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service and on-site support.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
