Job Title: HR Manager

Company Overview: Aditi Tracking has been leading the telematics industry in India since 2011. We specialize in vehicle tracking and fleet management, offering innovative solutions to help businesses improve their operations and productivity.

Position Overview: Were looking for an HR Manager to handle all HR functions, with a special focus on compliance, implementing HR policies, and ensuring that company policies are followed smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR tasks while fostering a compliant and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management: Make sure we follow all labor laws and regulations. Keep up with changes in employment laws and update company policies as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Create and improve HR policies and procedures. Ensure these policies are communicated clearly and followed by everyone.
  • Policy Oversight: Regularly review and update policies to keep them current and effective. Provide training to ensure employees understand and follow these policies.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee issues and conflicts to maintain a positive and compliant workplace. Provide guidance on policy-related matters.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance review system. Offer support and advice on performance and development to align with company goals.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead recruitment efforts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements. Develop strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs related to compliance and policies. Organize and deliver training programs to help employees understand HR policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary and benefits administration. Regularly review and compare compensation packages to ensure they are competitive and fair.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate and confidential employee records. Use HR data and metrics to track compliance and evaluate HR performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to make sure HR strategies support company goals. Help with change management and improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, focusing on compliance, policy implementation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in creating and enforcing HR policies.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards in HR practice.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
