JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – PC (Process Coordinator) 

Main Objective: The PC (Process Coordinator) is responsible for getting the work done through the team, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and smooth workflow coordination between departments. 

She /He acts as a Process Auditor, not a doer, ensuring all steps are followed correctly.

Her/His role is to make sure the work is completed correctly – not to do the work herself.  

Detailed Responsibilities: 

Work Coordination & Supervision 

Ensure that all staƯ complete their assigned tasks eƯiciently and on time. 

Monitor progress throughout the day and make sure no task is pending or delayed. 

Get the work done through the team, not by doing it herself. 


Data Verification 

Ensure all data is collected from the respective departments.

Verify that all data is accurate and complete before submission or escalation.


Tracking & Escalation 

Track each step of the process carefully. 

Identify where the work is stuck or delayed.

Immediately inform or call the Team Leader / Supervisor if any issue or deviation arises.

Follow-Ups & Communication 2

 Follow up politely and professionally throughout the day with team members. 

Maintain continuous communication to ensure timely progress. 

Stay calm, composed, and solution-oriented during interactions.

Issue Escalation & Help Ticket System 

If a problem arises, identify which company or department is responsible for fixing it. 

Raise a Help Ticket (H.T) and assign it to the concerned person. 

Follow up continuously until the issue is fully resolved. 

Important: A Help Ticket should be raised only after informing the senior twice and still if the issue remains unresolved.  

Persistence & Ownership 

Her/His main task is continuous follow-up – politely but firmly. 

Be proactive, organised, and focused on results, not excuses.

Bechari ladki nahi, smart coordinator hai – she must confidently handle coordination and ensure results.

Daily Review with MD Sir

Mandatory 30-minute daily sitting with MD Sir or reporting head if MD Sir is not Available (S30 meeting). 

Review status, discuss issues, and plan next steps.

Role Definition: 

Process Auditor

She/He  audits, checks, and follows up. 

She/He does not perform the tasks herself. 

Her/His  success = Work completed accurately & timely through others.  

Additional Valuable Points: 

Maintain a Daily Progress Tracker (Excel/Google Sheet) for all assigned tasks. 

Keep records of all follow-ups, communications & escalations for accountability. 

Use professional language in all communications. 

Understand the complete process flow to track and troubleshoot efficiently. 

Stay positive, patient & polite — coordination is key to leadership. 

Submit a daily summary report of completed, pending, and escalated tasks.

Summary: 

PC is the backbone of the process flow. She ensures that all work is done correctly, timely, and systematically, while maintaining professionalism, follow-ups, and clear communication.
