Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team. In addition to analyzing sales data and identifying trends, the Sales Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of sales training programs. The ideal candidate will combine a strong aptitude for data analysis with the ability to provide actionable insights and facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance sales team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports for management and sales teams.
- Monitor key sales metrics such as revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer retention rates.
- Sales Training and Development::
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs based on performance data and feedback.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and use of sales tools.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and guides.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
- Provide recommendations to optimize sales plans and achieve company goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
- Identify potential areas for growth and expansion based on market insights.

- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and goals.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose improvements.
- Develop and implement best practices for data management, reporting, and training delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, training, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms), Knowledge of CRM systems, and Familiarity with training management systems or e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Training Skills: Experience in designing and delivering training programs is preferred, Strong ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and deliver training effectively.
- Problem-solving skills: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
