Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and result-driven Sales Director to lead our Enterprise & School verticals. This role goes beyond sales, it is about strategy, ownership, and creating impact at scale.

The Sales Director will define growth strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, close multi-crore deals, and own the P&L of the vertical. It’s a leadership seat designed for someone who thrives on challenges, loves building from the ground up, and believes sales isn’t just about revenue, it’s about influence, legacy, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision – Create and execute bold sales strategies to capture enterprise and school markets.
  • Team Leadership – Build, scale, and mentor a high-performance, multi-regional sales team.
  • Revenue & Growth – Drive consistent achievement of multi-crore targets and geographic expansion.
  • Client Partnerships – Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Boards, Trustees, and Institutional Leaders.
  • Business Development – Lead high-value negotiations and close long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • P&L Ownership – Take complete responsibility for profitability, pipeline, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15–20 years of proven experience in Enterprise B2B / SaaS / Technology Solutions sales.
  • Track record of building sales organizations and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong background in enterprise / institutional sales (schools, corporates, logistics).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to own P&L and board-level sales strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to scale businesses.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
