Job Title: Project/Tender Executive

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of Government/PSU tenders including preparation
of Pre-Qualification, Techno-Commercial, and Price Bids. The role requires preparation of a
detailed Tender Compliance Checklist as per RFP and obtaining Management approval prior

to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily monitoring of all e-procurement platforms and tender portals to track
  • and identify new bidding opportunities aligned with the company’s business
  • objectives.
  •  Review RFP documents and identify eligibility, technical, commercial, and submission
  • requirements.
  •  Prepare and submit a detailed Tender Submission Checklist to the Head for approval
  • before bid submission.
  •  Compile and verify eligibility documents (Incorporation, GST, PAN, Turnover, Work
  • Orders, Certifications, Declarations, etc.).
  •  Prepare point-by-point technical compliance, annexures, project plan, and
  • methodology.
  •  Coordinate BOQ preparation and ensure Financial Bid is submitted in prescribed
  • format.
  •  Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and e-portal submissions.
  •  Ensure 100% complete, accurate, and timely submission.
  •  Maintain tender tracker and proper documentation records.
  •  Maintain strict confidentiality of all tender documentation, commercial information,
  • and internal communications.
  •  Liaise with clients regarding tender queries and ensure timely clarification and
  • fulfilment of bid requirements.
  •  Review feedback and incorporate lessons learned to continuously improve the
  • quality, compliance, and competitiveness of future bids.
  •  Handle and respond to tender-related enquiries from internal departments and
  • clients in a timely and professional manner.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

100% checklist preparation and management approval before submission.
 Zero disqualification due to documentation errors.
 100% on or before time tender submission.
 Accurate eligibility & compliance documentation.
 Minimum target win ratio as defined by management.
 Proper maintenance of tender tracker and records.

Experience Required

1+ years of experience handling Government/PSU tenders independently.
 Strong experience in dual-bid system (Technical & Financial).

 Proven experience in checklist-based tender compliance and submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in tender preparation and dealing with authorities.
